1. The service
Stockly provides:
- Back-in-stock waitlists and related admin tools.
- PreOrder storefront widgets and offer settings.
- Low-stock urgency messages on product pages.
- A Theme App Extension you enable in the theme editor.
You remain responsible for your Shopify store, theme, product data, and shopper-facing policies. Shopify’s terms also apply.
2. Eligibility and your account
- You must be a Shopify merchant (or staff with permission to install apps).
- Access is through Shopify OAuth. We do not issue a separate Stockly password.
3. Billing plans
Charges, if any, go through Shopify Billing or the plan selection shown in Stockly → Plans. Feature limits differ by plan (Free for development stores, Standard, Advance). Uninstalling cancels subscriptions according to Shopify’s billing rules.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to access other shops’ data, overload infrastructure, or violate Shopify’s Acceptable Use Policy or applicable law.
5. Your content and Shopify data
You retain rights in your catalog and storefront. You grant a limited license to process that data solely to provide Stockly, as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Availability and support
We aim to keep Stockly available but do not promise uninterrupted uptime. Support is offered through Support.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
Stockly is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed. Test on a development store before relying on widgets in production.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or theme breakage. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations.
9. Suspension, uninstall, and termination
You may stop using Stockly by uninstalling it. After uninstall or shop redaction, shop-scoped data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
